Does Menards Have Clothes

BLACK SWAN

Granted, I am all but a filmmaker. And no longer belong to the generation that is several times a month visited the cinema.
I just wanted to go with my loved ones back to the movies and I how to do that today makes it so, for this purpose time around half an hour surfing the Internet, which currently so "hot" is. A film attracted my attention with power: "Black Swan".
But the title sounds promising. Normally, you are indeed a swan in front of white. A "black swan" is a powerful image, a suggestive picture, one that responds directly to the shadow world, which is said to have rumors in the human soul its place. At least, this claim even such obscure contemporaries such as depth psychologists, the saboteurs of neurotic bourgeois bliss.
In short, the film's title really fits. It went really well this shadow world of the human psyche, which formed the subject of this film. This shadow world has been in strong surreal, sometimes breathlessly-making pictures in scene.
is Essentially a film about art, a film about the performing arts, to put it is excluded. The active forces which have also a good actor, are cast in character roles, also valid for the high school of ballet.
The protagonist, played by the acting impressive Natalie Portman, learn to mobilize all facets of their psyche, to realize a presentational tour de force for the occupation of the main role in the ballet "Swan Lake".
A central theme of the film's narrative is the attempt by the transformation of the narcissism of the artist by integration of the intra-psychic abyss. This attempt fails because the protagonist is - and conceptually - in the dimension of artistic narcissism stuck, expressed in her closing statement: "I've felt it. It was perfect. It was perfect. "
In terms of narcissistic satisfaction from the audience and the experts were they successful in terms of the transformation of her personality she has failed. Despite all the victims, despite the agony, despite all the protest (especially against the overwhelming mother) she has the paradigm of narcissism can not leave. She remained incarcerated in the system of the tragic narcissistic Ego. The source of their devotion was her ego ideal. Each of their victims to mental and physical health in the end they were on the altar of applause - the audience, the art of the image. She gave everything for the admiration of others ... but she could not love, not others nor himself

extent to content. It is gratifying that such a film created such a positive response. He is even considered Oscar-nominated, as I have read. A film that presents powerful images in the theme of the spiritual world of shadows on behalf of the performing arts at the center. In some ways he reminds me of the great movie "Night panel" with the gifted Romy Schneider and the inimitable Klaus Kinski, the beginning of the 70s served the same subject, and since then one of my favorite films. Sometimes it is worth a glance back to take acting relations exercise. But that's a whole different story.
